Creative Intellectual Property

Client-Supplied Materials
Clients confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide files, photography, video, logos, music, copy and other materials supplied to Saint Noir. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials they provide.
Approvals
Where a client approves creative work, content or deliverables through Saint Noir Workspace, that approval is recorded as part of the project history. Approved work may proceed to production or publishing in accordance with the relevant agreement.
Saint Noir Workspace
Authorised clients may access private portal areas. Users must:
—Keep passwords secure
—Not share accounts improperly
—Notify Saint Noir of suspected unauthorised access
Saint Noir may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or termination of services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights vary by service. The applicable contract, booking terms, membership terms or Experience terms determine the specific cancellation and refund rules. Please refer to the relevant service agreement for full details.
Force Majeure
Saint Noir is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations where the delay or failure is caused by events reasonably outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government action, strikes, or failure of third-party suppliers. This is subject to applicable law.
